If you own a SuperVictor Universe NFT, you can use the artwork of the specific NFT(s) you own for personal projects and small commercial activities, up to USD 100,000 in gross annual revenue per NFT. SVU's logo, brand name, character names, and the broader universe stay with us. Above the revenue cap, get in touch for a written license. Fan content and non-commercial use are encouraged.
SuperVictor® is a figurative trade mark registered with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) by SVU Journey SRL under filing number 019287298 (filed 5 December 2025), covering Nice classes 9 (software, downloadable digital files including non-fungible tokens, electronic publications), 16 (printed publications, paper goods), and 25 (clothing, footwear, headwear).
The names Smarugon, HamHam, VicBits, BEEF, MiniBosses, ACT-0, VIDSUPVIC, Hall of Heroes, V-DASH, and SuperVictor Universe are trade marks and trade dress of SVU Journey SRL, whether registered or unregistered. The associated logos, character designs, and the SVU visual identity are protected under EU copyright (Directive 2001/29/EC), database rights (Directive 96/9/EC), and Romanian Law no. 8/1996 on Copyright and Related Rights.
Use of the SuperVictor® mark or any confusingly similar sign in commerce, in a way likely to cause confusion with SVU's goods or services in classes 9, 16 or 25, requires SVU's prior written permission and is otherwise prohibited under EU Regulation 2017/1001 on the European Union trade mark.
Subject to your continued ownership of an Owned NFT and your compliance with these terms, SVU grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to:
Examples of permitted commercial use within the cap include: small-batch merchandise (t-shirts, stickers, prints) featuring your Owned Art, indie video games or applications featuring your Owned Art as a character, blog or YouTube monetization where your Owned Art appears, and small-scale licensing to third parties of your Owned Art only.
If you wish to derive more than USD 100,000 in gross annual revenue per Owned NFT, or if you wish to license SVU Universe Elements (logos, characters not owned by you, the SuperVictor trademark), please contact legal@supervictornft.com with a written description of the proposed use. SVU will respond within 30 days.
The license described in Section 3 terminates automatically when you transfer, sell, or otherwise cease to be the on-chain owner of the corresponding Owned NFT. The license attaches to the NFT, not to you personally. The new owner receives an equivalent license upon receipt of the NFT.
If a license is terminated under Section 5 (breach of restricted activities), SVU may require the cessation of any unauthorised use within 30 days of written notice.
SVU loves fan art, memes, fan fiction, animations, and community content. Non-commercial fan content using SVU Universe Elements is permitted without prior permission, provided it is not unlawful, hateful, or otherwise harmful, and is clearly identifiable as fan content rather than an official SVU production.
You retain copyright in your original fan content. SVU does not claim ownership of community-created derivative works, but reserves the right to ask for the removal of content that misrepresents the brand.
SVU collaborates with partner projects in the MultiversX ecosystem and beyond. As part of these collaborations, SVU may issue Partner Recognition Badges — AI-generated artwork granted at SVU's discretion to community members who hold both an SVU NFT and a partner NFT.
If you are the rights holder of a brand featured in a Partner Recognition Badge and wish to update or revoke the use of your brand, please contact legal@supervictornft.com.
Approved partners, press and influencers may use the SVU logo and limited Universe Elements solely for the purpose of accurately referring to or covering SVU. Available assets are published in the SVU Media Kit (link in the site footer). Use must follow the brand guidelines distributed alongside the kit. Press use does not require pre-approval; partner integrations beyond what is described in an existing partnership announcement do require written permission from SVU.
All rights not expressly granted in this document are reserved by SVU Journey SRL. Nothing in this document transfers ownership of any intellectual property to NFT owners or third parties. The license granted under Section 3 is a permission to use, not an assignment.
The license granted in Section 3 and any related materials (logos, marketing assets, character renders) are provided "AS IS", without any express or implied warranty, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement. SVU does not warrant that the Owned Art is free of third-party claims, nor that its commercial use will be successful or profitable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SVU's total cumulative liability arising from or related to this IP Rights document shall not exceed EUR 100 per Owned NFT. SVU shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, even if SVU has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory EU consumer protection law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SVU Journey SRL, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
SVU reserves any rights not expressly granted herein. If any provision of this document is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent.
SVU will review valid takedown notices within 14 days and will act in good faith to remove or restrict access to materials that infringe third-party rights, in accordance with EU Directive 2000/31/EC (E-Commerce Directive).
SVU may update this IP Rights & Licensing document from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent change. Material changes affecting NFT-holder rights will be announced through the official SVU Discord and X channels at least 14 days before they take effect.
This document is governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union, and is a part of the SVU Terms of Service. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bucharest, Romania, except where mandatory consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
